Durden Outdoor is seeking a qualified Account Executive Durden Outdoor is looking for a qualified Account Executive to handle an established list of clients as well as generate new business. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of on the job experience managing client lists, client generation, and prospect management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients from an advertising perspective in regards to soliciting ad sales, educating clients on appropriate marketing programs, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Must be well organized and self motivated. Must be willing to work with a small flexible team and have the ability to 'wear many different hats'.

Additional Information:
- Accompany clients to sessions
- Advise customer in advantages programming/methods of composing layouts for signs and displays
- Attend sales meetings industry trade shows and training seminars in order to gather information, promote products, expand network of contacts, and increase knowledge Call advertisers and sales promotion people to obtain information concerning prospects for advertising and sales promotion
- Collect payments due
- Consult with company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies in order to develop promotional plans
- Contact potential clients in order to offer advertising services
- Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to customer for approval
- Deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers in order to sell new advertising programs
- Explain to customers how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible
- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services
- Gather all relevant material for bid processes, and coordinate bidding and contract approval
- Identify new advertising markets
- Inform customer of types of artwork available by providing samples
- Locate potential clients in order to offer advertising services
- Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts
- Obtain information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history, and business practices
- Obtain pertinent information concerning prospect`s past and current advertising for sales presentation
- Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accountsProvide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services
- Study information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history
- Visit advertisers to point out advantages of publication
- Write contract covering arrangements for designing, fabricating, erecting, and maintaining sign or display
