On April 1st, 2010 many Wiregrass residents saw and responded to an ad requesting help in finding a lost family pet named Mr. Pickles. Unlike many lost pet ads that we see from time to time, Mr. Pickles is a 13' male alligator.

 MOMMA’s BIG BILLBOARD that is. Dothan is the newest home of the famous “Mommas Love!” Momma Goldberg’s Deli (Link to http://www.mommagoldbergsdeli.com/dothan). opened its first location in 1976 and since then has been serving awesome sandwiches, pitas, soups and salads. Durden Outdoor was able to help promote the opening of the Dothan location and has strategically placed this billboard near Mall traffic to catch lunch-goers and also out-of towners passing through Dothan. This billboard showcases the fun atmosphere of Momma Goldbergs, and also lets people know that it isn’t far (just a ½ mile ahead). It large tagline “MOMMA’s LOVE AHEAD” creatively combines both a famous Momma’s tagline with a directional purpose. |
